I would have to give it 4/10 as it has too mixed monster base. Also having "Anubis' Sphinxes" in it is not good idea althought you have Pyramid of Light. Make it more towards dragons or make it entirely level deck.

Aww.. one below average oh well you probably don't know the effects of half the cards up there. They may not have the best attack but they do have the best effects.

-And Blue-Eyes White Dragon also doesn't belong...

i fixed to more of a dragon deck, with more powerful Monsters for Armed Dragon's effect, added some Dragon Support, as well as Staples, see Jon Hayes Level Guide in the Card Combo's & Strategies Section.

EDIT, forgot about Traditional cards, Change of Heart, Imperial Order, Raigeki, my bad, original deck 5/10, with Yalefeild's Fixes, or mine 7-9/10

Those are some good fixes Yalefield maybe he should keep a Level Modulation? Without those changes this deck would be too unbalanced.

I got my armed dragon lv. 10 out of a pack of Chazz Princeton cards, to think it was the very first pack of them i bought too. Oh thanks for all of your guys' help i took out a lot and added in some of the ones that were better listed.
