X-men Legends

Well seeing as the X-men 3 subject brought about some life in the movies department, I thought I'd bring some more life into the videogames section.

Has anyone played either X-men Legends or X-men Legends 2? I personally think they are amazing games to play.
Personally I own a copy of each on gamecube, i spent about a week over christmas constantly playing before I beat the game on normal mode, then spent about 3 hours going over the game to retrieve the homing beacons and free Iron Man, before starting a new game on Hard Mode with my trained characters from my Normal game.
Currently my XL2 team is:

Iceman
Nightcrawler
Deadpool
Ironman

My normal mode team was using gambit and sunfire over deadpool and ironman, and prior to the last act i used bishop over nightcrawler. Iceman really is the best character in the game, once you do the danger room challenge and get his item "cryogenic booster" he literally becomes invincible, my main focus on him has been to promote ice combat, cold crush, and ice mastery, this has literally increased his attacks by so much he does around 300 damage with a single punch and he is only level 52

So, anyone else played/plan to play this game?

I have played Legends two. Rented it. I never finished it though. I used Storm, Magneto, Juggernaut, and Nightcrawler.

my team is juggernaut, wolverine, that one metal russian dude(i cant remember his name at the moment), and rouge. Brute force all the way! This is for legends 2.

See, its funny, if you compare my original team to your current team, i used to work entirely with characters based around energy attacks, where as you work with physical attacks. Much like my brother in the original X-men legends.

I feel slightly ashamed to say that only this morning did i find that you could purchase level ups and extra talent points from forge, i had over 1,000,000 tech bits just sitting around! Slightly abused the fact I hadn't used him before and literally made my iceman even more powerful, hes now at level 57 with the other characters all around level 44, oopsy!

I used a code to put my characters at level 99. XD I got to level up their moves as well. Still dunno why I didn't feel like finishing. -.-

LOL when I was playing on normal mode my Iceman was lv48 when I faced apocalypse, it was still easy for me at that point, iceman really is the best character in the game as far as im concerned. Never could be bothered with lv99 cheats, I just spend lots of techbits on extra talent points... XD

Meh, juggernaut is awsome IMO. Brute force ftw!

Once you unlock Iron Man he is as strong as Juggernaut, he also has health regeneration (like wolverine and deadpool) and has some awesome attacks.

i've played it..and strangley i was bored within the first ten minutes.....i prefer my metal gear solid....
