mmmmm.... You could realy use a treeborn frog so when you use Neo or the other fish that destroys every thing it will come back on your standby phase and then you can tribue him and he keeps comeing back.

-2 aqua spirit (too much, you wont be able to keep it longer then 2 turns anyway XD)
-1 torpedo fish (the same with aqua spirit, plus orca mega fortress wont survive that long for you to summon all three as ammo)
-1 man-eaterbug (optional)

suggested monsters:
+1 amphibious bugroth MK. III
+2 unshaven angler (since your gonna use some monsters with tributes)
+3 mother grizzly (deck searching)
+1 neo aqua madoor (level 6 water 1100/3000. searchable by mother grizzly)
+1 tree born frog (usefull tribute monster since it keeps on returning to the field)
+2 magician of faith
+1 spirit reaper
+3 poison draw frog


magics:
-1 graceful charity
+1 pot of greed
+1 avaricious pot
-1 soul exchange
-1 dark hole
+1 raigeki
-2 malevolent nuzzler
-1 black pendant
(*no need for equipment since you have legendary ocean and star boy, but if you want equipment boosters, use 2 horn of the unicorns instead)
-1 reload (avaricious pot with substitute for this better)

suggested magic cards:
+1 book of moon
+1 card destruction
+1 change of heart
+1 snatch steal
+1 creature swap



traps: only two? O.o *suggestions*
+1 torrential tribute (dark hole effect still)

Yuo could use a big wave small wave. Maybe a Neo Aqua Mahador. And if you add a Gravity bind or two you can still attack thanks to A Legendary Ocean . You don't need so many power up cards if you have a Gravity Bind deffense.

What do you think you are doing with a water deck and no Gravity BInd!!!!???? Add it NOW.
Also you might consider adding a Mermaid Knight. It can attack twice in the same battle phase when Legendary Ocean is on the field.

I would lose neo -daedalus, or whatever its called. I run a water deck and find him impossible to pull off. Read the errata text if you haven't and you will know what I mean.

(and umi is the same as alo by the way to who mentioned adding them, that means only 3 alo or 2 alo and 1 umi, etc.)
