Fiery Essence. :1::r::g:
Whenever a spell you play is countered by a spell or ability an opponent controls choose one, ~ deals 2 damage to that player or put a 2/2 green bear token into play under your control.

hmm, i like it, but the flavor text... how about:
"The gruul's strength lies in their reckless ability to overcome any answer"
that would be more in flavor with what the card does...

Except red doesn't generate efficient tokens, and green absolutely doesn't get direct damage. This shouldn't be hybrid mana. I'd cost this at 1RG.

I wanna keep it uncounterable, perhaps a bump in the mana cost? maybe to my original 1RRG or maybe RRGG. Usually decks packing countermagic pack some sort of bounce. Maybe you can play ~ anytime you play an instant if you pay :2: more? I wanted an answer to countermagic.

yeah ... i like it too as it is for now ... i think that's the idea ... of putting your opponent think twice before countering something ... i like it this way :D

It shouldn't be unstoppable to counterspells. Even if they pack bounce, that's a single turn delay because you'll just play this again.
It hoses them pretty well at a very low cost. Think Multani's presence. That's what it should stay similar to. It doesn't need to be uncounterable because even by drawing out a counter, it does its job.

this should only hose counters when in play, not while on the stack as well. . .

Instead of can't be countered, make it deal 2 damage or put a 2/2 bear token into play if it is countered... makes countering it worthwhile, but it's still going to give you some sort of advantage

Maybe drop the "it can't be countered" clause, since it does guarantee insurance should your other spells get countered. Other than that, it's all good.
