How to get your own Avatar

Since to many topics have popped up about this, it seems there is nothing that tells them the answer. So...if you want to have your own custon avatar, you will first need to obtain 100 posts. Until you reach this mark, you are left from choosing from some crappy forum avatars. Once you get 100 posts, you should have to options to get an avatar that you have saved onto your browser.
