As a bachelor who believes women's work should generally be left to the women (cleaning, dishwashing, etc), I am quite an expert chef when it comes to cooking cold cereal.

My two favorite cereals are Cheerios and Corn Chex. Those are some good staples, but if I'm feeling saucy or with a sweet tooth I occasionally indulge in Frosted Mini Wheats, Honey Nut Cheerios, and every once in a while Golden Grahams. Another cereal worthy of note, imo, is Kellogg's Corn Flakes. You can probably tell by my preference in cereal brands that I like to keep things simple and effective.

What are some favorite cereals of yours? Cold cereal only please. Oatmeal is not as manly.

I should have listed Frosted Flakes somewhere in my original post as Honorable Mention. One of my favorites when I was younger, I don't eat it much these days cause it's actually more sugar than I need.

fruit loops, cookie crisp, trix, frosted flakes, fruity and cocoa pebels, cocoa puffs, count chocula (im so goth), all 3 cheerios, cinnamon toast crunch, french toast crunch, you name it, theres a good chance ive eaten it somewhere along the line when it comes to cereal. Every single day for the past 16 years i have eaten it, and i dont plan to stop for at least another 100...if cereal is manly, im the Chuck Lidell (sp) of breakfast

I would never let Epstein out of the house without a ton of complex carbs in his system. If you don't feed your children a healthy dose of fatty red meat, some carbs, a glass or two of whole milk, some fruit juice, a loaf of toast, and then bundle them up in many, many layers, then you're just not doing your job. Hate to see my Epstein get to school with any energy left- he should use that for digesting and sweating.

No wonder Epstein is such a wuss.

wow, whats your next thread going to be about....lolI dunno, but hopefully it will be entertaining.

Yes, i dont cook either, just not my thing.Don't get me wrong. I like to cook sometimes, and I find it can be a suitably masculine activity (Iron Chef!). I just won't do it unless there is somebody around to clean up my fantastic mess when I'm done making gourmet cuisine.

My favorite cereals are ... nes quik...As in Nestle Quik, the chocolate milk mix? How does that become cereal? Very disturbing.

I agree. Your mother should be buying you Ovaltine, since it's fortified with vitamins. The astronauts take Ovaltine.

I too also like Frosted Mini Wheats.

I also like cereals from Post Selects - Banana Nut Crunch, Great Grains, Maple Pecan Crunch, Cranberry Almond Crunch. I find them to be sweet but not sugary sweet like Frosted Flakes. Plus, they also hold up well in milk after 10 minutes and stay crunchy.

I forgot to ask this with my previous post but what do you guys look for in a cereal? For me I look for good texture (stays crunchy in milk after 5-10mins) and flavor.

Dern whippersnappers don't know a good breakfast when they see one... Oatmeal is quite tasty. Just throw on some brown sugar and you're good.

Oh, you know, I've heard of these gay homosexual marriages between two gays. I don't approve, but, to each his own. We all worship the same God I suppose.
