that's right ... and this is too powerfull ... cards wich stop the game only to use one mana cost are broken .... if this comes into play on turn 3 then opponent will never have more then 3 lands ... and that is broken

Made this white / red to pay tribute to Armageddon and its latest incarnation, Thoughts of Ruin. Maybe the cost is too low. How bout I make it six?

Armageddon is probably the only white LD, LD belongs today to :b::r::g: colors.

Funny...I remember a card that costed exactly that which had a very similar effect. Destructive Flow, wasn't it?

Agreed with above comments. Replace the :w: with :b: and it seems fine to me.

Sacrificing a land seems specific to Red, so I guess I'm just turning this purely Red.

i would suggest an "if that player can't, sacrifice ~" or however its worded on woebringer demon

I like this card, but I don't believe that its name is fitting to its ability. The ability is hardly chaotic, and hardly celestial. Its more of a grinding down ability..
Perhaps something like, Borders of the Abyss, or something? Borders of the Void?
