Either All the Small Things by Blink 182 or Scars by Papa Roach. Scars is probably worse, just because they play it on mainstream stations. Mainstream Stations that also play rap.

All By Myself is an awful, terrible, horrid song, but not a rock n roll songHey, you stole my line.
Anyway I have the winner right here:
Journey, I don't know the name of the song. In the chorus they sing something about the wheel in the sky keeps on turning. Doesn't matter what it is called though, the important thing is hearing it will drive most people into a killing frenzy.

Oops. Didn't see the rock word.
Good Charlotte-every song they've ever written, even the ones we don't know about.
EDIT:Same with Limp Bizkit

Hey man, Journey is CLASSIC. I will hear no ill being spoken of journey! Plus, Starship is certainly worse no matter how you slice it.

This one's hard. I can't just look in my music library and find the answer like I can on all the others.
I'll go for Headsrong by Trapt. If I turn the radio to any type of rock station (classic rock, soft rock, alternative rock, any type of rock), I can't imagine hearing a worse song.
Except Number 9 by The Beatles. I don't think you can count that as a song though.

the down boys - by warrant( not only did it kill 80's rock but it gave way to the grundge era led by nirvana)- rock stars doing syncronized dance steps is hilarious and sad now lets see someone beat that.

Or Perfect. Or I'm Just a Kid. Or Crazy. Or Untitled (How Could This Happen to me [does anyone else find calling a song Untitled and then having an alternate title extremely pretentious?]). Or the aforenominated Welcome to My Life.
God, I hate Simple Plan.

I think Simple Plan and Good Charlotte are my two least favorite artists. Both have a truly staggering lack of talent and whiny, snotty lyrics. Plus, Good Charlotte thinks that they are punk. Yikes.

Thinking about it, and depending on exactly how far back in rock's history we're going here, there actually is one rock song worse then all the others mentioned here.
"Yummy Yummy Yummy (I Got Love in My Tummy) (http://www.inlyrics.com/lyrics/O/Ohio%20Express/60847.html)," performed by Ohio Express.
It really doesn't get worse than that.

how about todays wannabe punk bands , todays music in my opinion kinda sucks bolls, i mean most of the bands sound the same and pretend they are hardcore, please half those guys cant even play. well its just my opinion but its like hearing the late 90's boy bands with guitars.

OK, I know it. Simple Plan is almost everyone's "Love to Hate" Band, and right now I'm overlooking that. But I have one: My band (Is that eminem or 50 Cent?)
Now to unload: I hate to be insulting, but you guys are overlooking the fact that I have so much in common with simple plan's music. Although why they put untitled and then a subtitle is beyond me, i don't care. Annoying to you, maybe. Annoying to me? Heck no.
Welcome to my life.

Of course you have "so much in common" with it. It's DESIGNED to do that. It was created to appeal to angsty teenagers who have questionable taste in music, not to express any actual emotion or possess any sort of artistic merit. Their lyrics are extremely vague and speak of nothing personal- its all about fighting with your parents, which is strange coming from a band with a mean age of 34. Plus, there is nothing positive to be gained from the lyrics- they reinforce acting like a crying little snot-nosed jerk.
You said you liked Pinch Me by BNL. Compare that song to one of Simple Plan's whinefests. Note the use of such novel concepts as imagery, irony, and juxtaposition to create multiple layers of meaning. Pinch Me has a very similar topic as one of SP's songs, but the way they approach it is so much more effective than those miserable excuses for Canadians.
I'm not insulting you, magepower. I'm trying to help you. There is a lot of great music out there. I'm going to offer you a challenge- go and find The Bends by Radiohead. Give it a listen. Then get back to me.

Simple plan's canadian? Who would have thought that?
I Know you're trying to help me. It's just that, well, I don't get much anymore. God I'm even sounding like them now...
As to the song, I didn't really like it, I used my LimeWire to get it, and I didn't really like it. Thanks anyway.
New worst song: Life in the Fast Lane by the Eagles, and I might be an Eagles fan, but the song is lyrically terrible. Its only redeeming quality is its guitar work.

Not the song, the album. The title track of The Bends is one of the weaker songs on the album (the best ones are Street Spirit, Fake Plastic Trees, and Just). Albums are far superior to single tracks.
And yes, Simple Plan is Canadian. And thus they get played more here than anywhere in the US.
