This is my first post, and will be my last, but let it be known that I'm exceedingly pissed off.

Why, ladies and gents? Because I've just stumbled across this (http://pokemon.tcgplayer.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=108175&whichpage=1) particular thread on your dear forum. Well, technically not the forum anymore since it's moved here, but whatever. The people are still the same.

Those supposedly free chibi images are mine. Granted, they are the better part of four years old by now and are therefore crap in my eyes, but that doesn't change that I spent several hours drawing I think it was 175-odd of the things. About fifteen minutes per image, times 175 images. Quite some time, I think you'll find.

They are NOT free images. Posting them in that way is called stealing. "pokémon master josh" is now labelled as a thief. He stole not just the images themselves, but also the bandwidth on MY SITE. I pay for that bandwidth and web space with MY MONEY. I do NOT pay for little scumbags such as yourself to steal MY time, MY bandwidth, MY MONEY.

Not only but also, "mewku" has stooped to the level of using my image, WITHOUT ASKING, in his signature.

Not once is the artist, Annarti, mentioned there, never does anyone say that these images have been nicked from bloogum.net. There is absolutely no credit given anywhere. Did you think that maybe I wouldn't find out? News for you: you found me, why shouldn't I be able to find you? Did you think maybe I wouldn't mind? Obviously I do. Did you think at all? I'm going to take a wild guess and say no. You stupid, thoughtless little bastards.

Mewku, remove my image from your bloody signature.

The same is said for anyone else who has used images that aren't their own, with no credit given or permission asked. You'll find that if you just ask, most artists will say yes anyway, as long as you give credit. As it is, everyone involved in that thread makes me sick to the stomach.

What I find quite disterbing by this post is that the person here is making a judgment based on the actions of just two individuals.

Just because of what two people did, he / she is biased against all those that post here, which is truly unfair to those that were not involved at all.

I am sorry for what has happened to you, for I am experiencing the same delima with one of my images that I have online. But I am not going to make a judgment against everyone on the forums for the actions of that one individual.

I can understand where you are coming from, completly. Especially if Josh was using your bandwidth too. However, you are now talking about a topic whihc is over a year old, on defunct forums and many members who posted in it are now inactive. The best way to go about this would be too contact them personally, and not label us all, many of which probably didnt think about where the pictures came from, as thiefs. I'm sure Josh didnt even think of it as stealing at the time.

I will leave this open, out of courtesy, so you can have your say. I will also contact Josh privatley and have a word.

Yes when I was a n00b about a year ago, I used your images... I didn't claim them as mine, I told other members that they were from a site that I found, therefore I wasn't stealing because I told people I didn't make them. Also, on the second page of that thread, I posted a link to your site so people could see all of your work.

And if you'd care to look at the bar at the bottom of your browser, it says "Downloading picture from ripway.com".... this is the uploading service I use, so I was actually using my bandwidth, not yours.

I don't know what has happened to the bandwidth on your site, but don't look my direction because I had nothing to do with it.

Also, I think you should try to put your point across more thoughtfully next time, without swearing and using bad language on a forum which anyone can see. And if you are here flaming me and Mewku, please don't get others involved by saying they make you sick to your stomach.
