The new series of pop, which spoilers are being shown on pokebeach shows that there is a new mr briney's compassion, does this mean that Briney will be in the new modified?

Technically, this set is only released on Sept 30, which means that these cards won't be legal in the new Modified format until that date. However, you WILL be allowed to use the cards that are currently legal in Modified from this set at Worlds. So, if you have a TV or a Briney from POP2, you will be allowed to use those at Worlds. Confusing, no?

You can also play the Ivysaur, as it also already exists in modified.

POP1 is still in Modified, and should be until next year. It's just that nobody will be getting any more POP1. Make do with what you've got.
