Which moster control card to use?

Which should I use in my deck SNATCH STEAL or BRAIN CONTROL?

Use both but if you can't find space for both then use Snatch Steal since it is instant and you can use it when you are under 800 lifepoints.

use Snatch steal because u can tribute it without giving ur opponent 1000 life points and brain control is just 1 turn

both are great especially when used together but i would go with snatch steal because you get full field control because they dont get there card. plus next turn they could just attack you for game if you use brain control!!

but you miss the point of Snatch Steal they can use MST on Snatch and they get it back but with BC its a change of heart and they cant take there monster back.

Snatch Steal
-------------
Pros :
-As long as snatch steal remains face up, you get the monster you took.
-Lasts longer than brain control.
-Can sacrifice and/or use the monsters effect that you took.

Cons :
-Can be destroyed by Dust Tornado so you never get the chance to use the monster.
-Easily gotten rid of.
-Opponent gains 1000lp during their standby phase.

Brain Control
-------------
Pros :
-Harder to negate when compared to snatch steal.
-Can sacrifice and/or use the monsters effect that you took.

Cons :
-You have to pay 800 lp(Unless you are using Spell Economics)

Final Note : Both are great cards that each have good points and bad points that the other card doesn't have. In my oppinion run 1 of each, or better yet, 1 snatch steal and 2 brain controls.

I think that using both has it uses and they would in effect balance each other out.

i dont think brain control is worth it unless u can attack directly to end the game or to sacrifice it. besides snatch steal is a staple.

Snatch Steal and Brain Control do nearly the exact same thing. They both take a monster. However, Snatch Steal Lasts long and is more liable to be destroyed by MST or Dust Tornado, while as Brain Control lasts 1 turn, but cannot be destroyed by Dust Tornado or MST.

Snatch Steal. Its basically a staple. Brain Control is good, but not better than Snatch Steal.

They're both great cards... However, since snatch steal has been around longer, people tend to believe it's better. They're both equally good. Each has there flaws. Brain Control is alot harder to negate, unlike Snatch Steal which can take a monster, but then be immediatly Dust Tornadoed, or MSTed. However, Snatch lasts longer than Brain Control.

yeh but if they activate dust u cud have BoM and use that (which u probably wud have anyway) to keep the monster FOREVER!

True, however, you may not have book of moon due to the lack of hand management nowadays. And even if that, your opponents monster will probably have little defense. Therefor they'll simply attack it.
