Please I need help making a Toon Deck
using only toons from Pegas dec

Well If you ask some of my friends on this site they say I am the toon master so I will help you out. Making a toon deck only from pegasus deck is hard becaseu they kind of suck. You need the following toon cards
blue eyes toon dragon
toon summoned skull
toon mermaid
toon world
toon goblin attack force (from dueulist league)
toon gemini elf (from duelist league)
toon table of contents (from tournament pack 6)

If you don't get the cards from other places besides pegasus deck then you will fail. toon decks need all the cards listed above. Never use the following toons
magna ryu ran
toon cannon soldier (from tournament pack 6)
They are both horrible so skip those.
Here are some cards to use in a toon deck:

scapegoat: you can tribute them for your toons. Most people don't know that but you can.
soul exchange: you can't attack when you summon the toons so why not use that to your advantage by using this card
magic reflector: this can save your toon world
some good traps: some of the 4 star toon monsters like the mermaids are weak and you need to protect them so use somthing like sakuretsu armor.

Fact: You can summon as many toons (except for toon gemini elf and toon goblin attack force) as you want. Since they are special summon they can be summoned without restrictions but you still have to tribute for the 5 star and up monsters. I will be posting a toon deck soon so look for it in the advanced deck selection. I will private message you when I do so you can check it out.
Here is a list that came from the top of my head:
3 toon blue eyes dragon
3 toon goblin attack force
3 toon gemini elf
3 toon mermaid
3 toon summoned skull
1 cyber jar
1 breaker the magical warrior
1 tribe infecting virus
1 sinister serpent
1 jinzo

2 scapegoat
2 soul exchange
3 giant trunade - clear the field then summon toon world again and attack directly without traps/spells to worry about. Beside when you use giant trunade on toon world your monsters DON"T DIE!
3 toon world
2 magic reflector
3 toon index

3 sakuretsu armor
2 bottomless trap hole
1 mirror force

this is a rough deck from the top of my head. You can fix it up however you like. Good luck and private message me with anything else you need help with!

Just so you know you posted this under traditional. I don't play tradtional so it will be a little harder in helping you make a toon deck. They work best in advanced format.

toon cannon soldier does not suck.. first off "cannon soldier" is a good card..second they made a toon version, so it should be used in most, if not all toon decks.. it can atk directly then do even more damage by luanching goats.. and with priority to luanch, it's even better. when i make a toon deck i will prob run 2-3 of these's guys.

your toon deck has three toon blue-eyes xD!!!! you call yourself the toon master.. tbewd is crap.. tss is a much more versitile card.. and only 2 goats..

toon cannon soldier is not good IMO. It is a waste of a 4 star monster in a toon deck. With one of my combos that I didn't post here, I can maximize the dragons attack power. Plus it is light for chaos food. Trust me, 3 works everytime. Toon summoned skull is good so I use those to. Besides, getting rid of 2 goats for tbewd isn't that hard.

the current metagame is mostly rfg' ing most cards... two tribute monsters should rarely be used unless they have a ignition effect{cough cough} DMOC {cough cough} before they get bottomlessed/ sakuretsu/ring.. the list goes on and on

like you said.. toons can be sp summoned as much as you can (except 2 of them) so it's not a waste..besides, you did wut everyone else does. (i admit to doing this too sometimes) make a deck (like machine) then CC the rest of the cards.. a toon deck should be mostly (if not all.. except like magician) toon monsters..

i do see your point. but why only 2 scapegoats?

I guess toon cannon soldier is good but the deck I was thinking for this spot has no need for him. I just made a toon deck in advanced tydog so go and check it out.
