Desc. This card may only be activated during your turn. Pay 800 Life Points and roll a die. If the result is 1, 2, or 3, your opponent skips his/her next Draw Phase and Battle Phase. If the result is 4, your opponent skips his/her next Draw Phase. If the result is 5 or 6, you must skip your next turn.

you shud probably call it "Roulette Time Seal" coz itz a bit like russian roulette and ave u heard of time seal from PSV so there u go or if u don't wanna call it roulette time seal u cud always call it russian roulette!!!
