collectable cards and board game elements

I have long enjoyed Star Chamber for its mix of collectable cards (and deck building), mixed with the strong board game element that makes strategy so important.

Can anyone recommend any other games out there that fit this style. I don't mind the theme (fantasy, sci fi etc).

I would recommend The Spoils (www dot thespoils dot com) to anyone who has ever enjoyed deck building, collectible cards and games with A LOT of strategy. The Spoils can be very basic if that is all you want to do with it or it can be a very deep strategic game, which I think is what you are looking for with board game elements if I am not mistaken.
