If I counted right I only saw 5 lights. Does it work well? Also I did not see a Jinzo.

not to be rude but first, five lights is not fine. You need to have an even number of lights and darks for a chaos deck. And Second, Jinzo does not suck, Yata-Garasu sucks.

7.5/10

Thanks for getting my back AlmightySephiroth:) (great name BTW). I did not want to respond to this post because I thought the poster was cocky in his response:mad: .

You guys don't no anything about traditional format. Yata-Garasu sucks? That's why he got banned, right? Not... Jinzo is just a 2400 attack beatstick. Plus, Scapegoat laughs at Jinzo while Airknight Parshath laughs at Scapegoat. Which would you rather have: a 2400 attack beatstick that's dark and gets owned by Scapegoat or a 1900 attacker that gives you card advantage and makes Scapegoat, Spirit Reaper, etc. useless AND is a light? If you know anything you'll pick Airknight Parshath. Don't post a load of crap on my thread, then expect me to listen to your n00b comments.

EDIT: 5 lights is plenty. I have Painful Choice plus you don't draw the chaos monsters every duel. 5 lights is more than plenty.

EDIT: And yes I go to a sanctioned tournament every Saturday and sometimes on Sundays as well.

EDIT: Jinzo is retricted to one because from the time PGD was released to the time DCR was released Jinzo was godly only because no one was smart enough to use Airknight Parshath.

EDIT: yu-gi-oh_noob: I didn't mean to sound cocky and still don't but 5 lights, as I've now said three times, are plenty enough and Jinzo for the third time isn't that good. I'd rather use Airknight Parshath.

air knight is great i use him myself however jinzo is more than a meer 2400 beatstick the effect is so broken it is crazy jinzo out i no longer worry about traps and can atk and atk and atk (until he is removed of course) i run 2 mirage dragon for the same reason and remember this u summon airknight i summon jinzo now who beats who? the 2400 "beatstick" as u call it or the 1900 trample card drawing fairy i believe 2400 is higher than 1900 bottom line while jinzo is in no way the god card he also by no means sucks

It's cool:D my first post was not ment to offend you either. I really was interested in knowing weather 5 lights will work in a chaos deck. You have said it does and I believe you. You like Airknight more than Jinzo cool, that is more of a personnal preferance to your playing style. I personnaly side deck Airknight (for the reasons you mentioned) and run Jinzo due to his trap negating ability.

celticknight10: I haven't faced a Jinzo in over 3 months because my meta is advanced enough to know he's not needed. Scapegoat, Book of Moon, and Enemy Controller just make him suck. I'd rather draw one card then deal a mere 500-800 LP damage to my opponent. You can't be serious saying you run Jinzo, Airknight Parshath, and Mirage Dragon x2. Two tributes isn't smart nor good.

EDIT: What trap cards that are activated during the Battle Phase are so damaging that you need to run Jinzo and Mirage Dragon x2?

yu-gi-oh_noob: I haven't gotten out BLS and CED for 2 weeks because of the fact that I never draw them. Plus, they're no where near a earning them the title "win condition". Jinzo is "ok" but look at it this way: You draw him say turn 10. By then your opponent would (most likely) have used Torrential Tribute and Ring of Destruction already. Bottomline: By the time you draw Jinzo, Airknight Parshath would be better at that point. And Jinzo isn't a good topdeck while Airknight Parshath is. If you have a monster to tribute and you tribute it for Airknight Parshath you're opponent better topdeck something good because Spirit Reaper, Sinister Serpent, Scapegoat, etc. won't do him any good, while Spirit Reaper and Scapgoat will make a mockery of your topdecked Jinzo on your side of the field. Just my two cents or whatever.

You make a lot of good points, and deserve a thumbs up. If I played where you play (lots of spirit reapers, scapegoats ext.) I would put in Airknight and sidedeck Jinzo. Where I play there is not much of a stall game (I got second due to a stall/control deck last Sunday). Where I live it is all about power and 2400 with a great ability>1900 with a great ability. Not to mention a first turn Jinzo is almost game over, and a first turn Airknight could still be killed by a beserk gorrilla.

yu-gi-oh_noob: What's the best duelist ranked in your state at your tourney you attend? Your meta suck, no offense to you, because Berserk Gorilla and beatdown isn't needed in traditional while Scapegoat is. Thanks though for seeing my point =)

I like both Jinzo and Airknight in my Chaos because sometimes I get them both out(discard with Graceful, Vortex, Tribe, ext...) at the same time and it kills there @$$

Pik'll: You use Lightning Vortex in traditional format? Here's some advice: take it out. It doesn't belong in traditional format.

I had a chaos deck for along time and i think you should keep Yata and add Jinzo. Because if you summon your chaos monsters and your oppenent has set trap/magic you dont know what it is so jinzo can help to negate traps and also help the light and dark summon. Now Yata is really good in chaos deck. If you can get Sangan or Witch out and summon Chaos Emperor you can just do Chaos's effect and get Sangans or Witchs effect and get Yata and attack your oppent with him and he cant do anything. Plus you should add one more light monster like maybe Winged Kuriboh hes really good if your in a bad situation hes effect is like Waboku. Thats the advice i can give if you dont want to do changes its fine with your deck looks pretty good.

the deck needs jinzo and the tomato is pretty much useless if you only have one. raigeki break has bad advantage 2-1 (you-opponent)
-1 mystic tomato
-1 raigeki break
+1 jinzo
+1 enemy controller

fizzydapony

definately add jinzo, maybe 2 more tomatoes and 3 shining angels(checkout my choas deck 'controlled chaos' a traditional control deck)i give it a 9,great job, obsurd posts"jinzo sux"
