Looks solid for most part. I'm extremely iffy on the Captain Gold engine since Honest and Kalut make it redundant and Zombies generally have much smaller monsters than you do. Since we're half way there, it might be an idea to incorporate the Gemini Spark engine because of Neos Alius and Crusader of Endymion.

-3 Captain Gold (huge reliance on Skill Drain and Skyscraper does it no favours, and Skyscraper isn't great this format)
+1 Crusader of Endymion (maxing out on this to add more Gemini Spark targets)

-1 Book of Moon (2 copies of this is all you need)
-2 Skyscraper (removing Captain Gold means removing this)
+1 Smashing Ground (you still need this mained in case you deal with troublesome monsters that get past Drain/Oppression)
+3 Gemini Spark (it's chainable removal, making it really flexible)

-1 Royal Oppression (making space)
-1 Skill Drain (same as Royal Oppression)
-1 Beast King Barbaros (again to make space)
+2 Hero Blast (goes really well with Gemini Spark since you send Neos Alius to the Graveyard easily in this build)
+2 Dimensional Prison (helps you to get past Stardust Dragon if need be, as well as removing those recruiters which get past Skill Drain and Royal Oppression)

Your side should look something like this:

2 Dust Tornado (backrow hate)
2 R - Righteous Justice (like Dust Tornado, but not stopped by Royal Decree)
