Sorcery - Arcane
Search your library for any number of cards and remove them from the game. Take an equal number of cards you own from outside the game and shuffle them into your library.
The all-watchful eye knows more than the all-talkative mouth will ever say.
a) Who knows if the wording is right? I'm going to take a look a few of my wishes and compare.
b) The flavor text is just filler... probably, most likely to be changed.
c) Cost? Unsure.

just focusing on the ability. . .in constructed, powerful tool for getting lands out of the deck and "sideboarding" during the first game. . .in casual, one of the funnest cards i've ever seen. . .

Reminds me of an old artifact I made:
Far-Seeing Mirror - 1
Artifact
2, T, Remove the top two cards of your library from the game: Choose a card you own from outside the game, reveal it, and shuffle it into your library.
It just... came to me.
SBing game 1 is nice, but do you really think it would be worth 2UU sorcery speed? The effect is wild enough that it needs to be causiously costed, but remember that this has to be cast relatively early for it to be of any use (improving your library quality isn't exactly fantastic when there are only 5 or so draws left in the game).

Yeah. The more I thought about, the more it seemed okay. And I could just imagine a bunch of floating Eyes and Mouths in the Kamigawa flavor. For that reason I made it arcane and upped the cost by :1: (well the second part was also because I had already had concerns about it).

I did something similar (http://magic.tcgplayer.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=130849) (though not the same) on the old forums at :3::b::b:, but the card did not have that much success...

Well, mine does have the benefit of being pinpoint, taking out exactly what you don't want for what you do, instead of flipping the top 15 (which is random) and adding your whole sideboard, which is often not beneficial. Not being 15 also appeals to casual players it seems. The whole "big deck" factor. I think your card being called "Wish" probably gave people preconceived notions. I actually used my nifty Thesaurus looking for a name for this, but once I opened Gatherer's database, I found all the good ones (Telepathy, Insight, Omen, Clairvoyance) to be taken. Some of them were pretty bad cards too. A shame.

Reminder text for idiots:
(A deck can't have more than four copies of one card.)

Yeah, the casual possibilities with this card are quite amusing. Overall, I'm not sure how useful sideboarding mid match would be personally. 5 mana is kind of expensive for that possible advantage.
