Here's a Ludicolo deck. The Smooth Over from Magcargo and Swing Dance from Ludicolo is pretty self-explainatory. Here's the deck:

Pokemon: 23
3x Dunsparce (Or 4)
2x Jirachi (Or 1)
4x Lotad (Surprise)
3x Lombre (Aqua Float)
4x Ludicolo (Swing Dance)
3x Slugma (Collect)
3x Magcargo (Smooth Over)

Trainer: 21
4x Celio’s Network
3x Copy Cat
3x Steven’s Advice
3x Switch
2x Pokemon Reversal
2x Rare Candy
2x TV Reporter
1x Pokemon Retriever
1x Energy Recycle System

Energy: 16
10x Water Energy
3x Double Rainbow Energy
2x Rainbow Energy
1x Scramble Energy

The strategy of the deck is to swarm the opponent with blitzkrieg offense, while being able to bounce back extremely quickly (idealy in one single turn) with several Smooth Over + Swing Dance searching engine.

I am sure several of you already noticed that this deck lacks most of the 'stables', but I can't seem to find much space in this deck. The 4 Celio's Network helps me get start out early fast and strong, getting the search engine going. The rest of the Supporters are self-explainatory, while TV Reporter can be combo with Smooth Over for an early search (if needed). The Pokemon Retreiver and Energy Recycle System is for late game backups, although I do not intend to put myself in that situation.

I can't seem to decide between the numbers of Dunsparce (3-4) and Jirachi (1-2). Whenever I have one Jirachi in my deck, it almost always seemed to be stuck in my prize, becoming virtually useless. If I have two Jirachi, I can't seem to draw Dunsparce in the process.

Many of you may also noticed the low numbers of Rare Candy. I did not include 3 or 4 in this deck as it does not really need that kind of speed, and 'walking up' the stages are pretty fast with Jirachi already. ATM Rock also target Rare Candy, as most of my Special Energy are only for Evolved Pokemon, not my Lotad or Slugma (they get discarded).

There are several cards that I want to fit into this deck, although I can't seem to find the space for it.

Swoop! - takes care of Jirachi / Dunsparce problem
Mr. Briney's Compassion - offers nice healing, and those Special Energy provides atleast 2 or 3 energies anyways, so I won't be that behind in energy counts.
1/1/1 Kingdra line - takes care of Lightning weakness (Zapdos EX and Amphy seems to be extremely popular nowadays)
Latias (Deoxys) - If would pack some Fire energies if I am using this card, as it can intimidate the opponent nicely with her high damaging attack.
ATM Rock - despite of Milotic Ex's existence... it is still a nice card to have in a deck (nice tech)
Stadium (Battle Frontier / Deseart Ruins) - Not too sure about this one... as mnay ppl is running tons of counter gyms.

There you have it, please help to fix my deck.
NOTE: Please do NOT just post another deck list and offer no explaination for it. Also please do not tell me to ditch the Magcargo for Pidgeot (as I see no point for that). I do appreciate if you fix the deck... but please no one-liner spams, explaination for fixes are highly welcomed.
Thank you for taking your time to read this long piece of topic, help is appreciated, thank you.

Try a couple games with comment decks first, then report how you did. Basically I think the whole deck looks good.

I'd dump both Rainbows for another Scramble and another Dunsparce. They just feel unnecessary and clunky in here. Also, I love running the 4-4-4 Ludiculo line with no Candy, just to prevent the random RocLoc deck from really locking me down, and Battle Frontier is a MUST in this deck. Drop at least 3 in there.

What ive seen from going against this deck is that you have to many magcargo. A 2 and 2 line should get the job done and it gives you more room for mor cards.

Also, try teching in a water punch ludicolo...with double rainbow it is a nice tech.

I like using that thing after a Sparce or Jirachi sacrafice with a Scramble, always a phun combo esp when building up something bigger on the bench (in my case, Steelix or something)

Try this
Poke 21
4 Dunsparce
1 Jirachi
4 Lotad
2 Lombre
3 Ludicolo (Swing Dance)
1 Ludicolo (Water Punch)
3 Slugma
3 Magcargo

Energy 16
11 Water
4 Double Rainbow
1 Scramble

Trainers 23
4 Celios Network
3 Stevens Advice
4 TV Reporter
3 Poke Reversal
2 Battle Frontier
4 Rare Candy
2 Switch
1 Poke Retriver

After some thinking, this is all I could really come up with. It should do just fine and I think you will like it. Test it out and modify it in any way you like.

Rare Candy is the scourge of this deck. It doesn't need it, and is actually worse off because of it. Jirachi and Celio are more than enough to get out what you need when you need it. If I were to run straight Ludicargo, this is what I'd rather look at...

Pokemon (22):
4 Dunsparce
2 Jirachi
4 Lotad (Rain Dish)
4 Lombre (Rain Dish)
3 Ludiculo (Swing Dance)
1 Ludiculo (Happy Dance)
2 Slugma (Collect)
2 Magcargo (Smooth Over)

Trainers (21):
4 Swoop! (really, the backbone of the deck)
4 Celio
3 Steven
2 POR or Copycat or Admin (just something to suck the deck back, hand sizes will be HUGE)
3 Battle Frontier
2 POW! Hand Extension
1 Retriever
1 ATMRock
1 Ancient Tomb

Energy (17):
2 Scramble
3 DRE (Cargo ONLY)
12 Water

Again, Swoop! is the backbone of this deck. Use it to get that first turn Dunsparce, which the deck revolves around, then use it again to get out the Jirachi to start the evolution frenzy. You should have at least one Ludiculo by the end of turn 2 and a Magcargo by the middle of turn 3 so that you can start the searching frenzy. Ancient Tomb is there to protect weakness, just in case you find a Zappy to go against. Everything else is just standard LudiCargo, without the Candy weakness!

I've used this deck and I'll admit that it works pretty nice even when not using Rare Candies. But putting none in a deck is madness, even if its not as necessary.

Hm, I gotta agree. Maybe just one or two for speed. This deck definitely doesn't requrie a large amount of candy but one or two couldn't hurt.

I think you could benefit from some switch or warp point. Your retreat costs aren't great and special conditions can become a real pain in that they can stop some of your powers.

Thank you everyone for your feed-backs on my deck!
I really agree with Bullados' ideas, especially the Swoop! addition. I am not too sure about the 2/2 Magcargo line, since I dont want it to get stuck in the prize, but I will play test this deck first.

As with the Pow! and Warp Points, I have decided on the following:
2x Switch
2x Pow! / Reversal (Cant decide)
1x Warp Point

Also, I am not using heavy amounts of Double Rainbow Energy because I always seemed to be stuck with a Dunsparce and a DRE at the beginning the game, looking at my hand with a feeling of disgust towards my bad luck; so 3 is the maximun number I'll run.

Thanks for everyone's help, I really appreciate it.
Can any one fit any Briney's Compassion and at least 1-2 Candies into this deck? (Or rather Bullados', since I am currently testing that one with a few changes. Not too sure about the Battle Frontier and Ancient Tomb - will play test)

Wow I forgot all about Swoop Teleporter.

For the Cargo line, 2 and 2 is just fine. Ive seen this deck in action.

BF absolutely needs to be in the deck, as it effectively cancels out LudiCargo's only competition in terms of deck searching: Pidgeot. Also, RocLoc decks are INCREDIBLY powerful, and NEED to be dealt with. Also, the Ancient Tomb is sort of a modular spot. Use either Tomb or Island Cave depending on your metagame. I've seen a lot of phun varients on this deck, but straight LudiCargo seems to run the best.

Can anyone tell me how EXACTLY RockLock work? I personally do not know how this deck work, because I never played one myself (or maybe I've played one, but I didn't realized it was a RockLock).

Thank you.

It uses sand damage tyranitar, dark ampharos, and above all, atm rock. The is to have sand damage active and amphy benched, and to use pigeot to continuously search out rocks for the ttar to use. Hopefully you see that this is rather painful for the opponent.

The newer version of the deck, since BF came out, uses Smooth Over Magcargo instead of Pidgeot. It's one turn slower, but much more resiliant due to the decreased reliability on Rare Candy. It's also turned into a more damage-based deck than a locking down deck as it used to be, using Sand Damage T-tar to deal 70 damage every turn with the evolution and Basic bench damage.
