140 hp for jirachi is way to much. 90 or 100 would be accurate. And I believe jirachi already has both doom desire and wish on an actual card so they probaby should either be renamed or different all together.

This is WAY too unbalanced. being able to KO any pokemon that doesn't have an unown g attached or doesn't have the same pokebody as mewtwo lv. X for 2 energy is incredibly broken, and the not being able to attack next turn doesn't really do anything without any retreat cost and 140 hp.

How about this...
Jirachi Lv. X 100HP
Poke-Power: Star Storm
Once during your turn, before you attack, when you place Jirachi Lv. X on to Jirachi you may use this ability. Place damage counters on your opponent's defending Pokemon equal to the total cost of all your opponent's Pokemon's retreat costs. Then place damage counters on Jirachi Lv. X equal to half the amount placed on the Defending Pokemon. (Rounding up.)
(M)(C) Shine: (20)
Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a Metal Eneregy and attach it to Jirachi Lv. X. If tails, this attack does nothing.
(M)(M)(C) Astronomical Turnover:
Choose one of your opponent's Pokemon. Switch damage counters from Jirachi Lv. X with that Pokemon. At the end of your turn, discard Jirachi Lv. X from Jirachi and return all Energies to your hand.
Weakness Resistance Retreat Cost
(R) +30 --- (C)(C)
I think it may still be a bit over powered, but what do you guys think?

I don't even think that is a Level X. It is actually pretty bad....

actually i kind of like it, its pokepower has the ability to instantly kill the defending pokemon depending on what they have out, and astronmical turnover, will fully heal jirachi hurting the opponent, you just wont be able to use it again because you lose the lv x, but you still have a jirachi left, shine doesnt do too much, but could still be used strategicaly since it pumps an energy out of your deck and onto a pokemon you get an energy out that much faster and with the right cards you could just move that energy to another pokemon like with a magnezone lv x out. but shine IS a little weak for a lv.x maybe make it do more damage or remove the required flip

Yea, but the Lv X gets discarded, not put back into your deck. Although you can get it back with night maintenance, premier ball, etc. It's OK i guess.....

yeah but what if all there pokemon were damaged by the power? ^_~ then you wouldnt fully heal jirachi and it would become an easy prize because jirachi only has like 50-70 hp
