one of the Planechase cards from Zendikar. I'm shocked I didn't see it on here sooner. I'm disappointed.
So its a Doom Blade and a Shock in one. Looks like Black will be big for drafts. although that would make this useless in draft:confused:

will replace doomblade in my counterburn deck
the extra mana might be a turn off for most people but cool in BR?

You're playing a deck full of burn and counters. Those already are removal. Slotting in black mana for terminate and doom blade weakens the deck by making your mana less consistent and decreasing card flexibility. Since the main strength of the deck is flexibility (all instant, burn=removal/win con, counters answer anything) this seems like a very bad idea.
