Dragion Deck

Well recently, I obtained a couple of Trident Dragions, and wanted to be able to use them. The deck needs to be fairly cheap ($30 max), good against Blackwings and able to pull out Trident Dragion out fairly quickly. I would also like it to be able to pull out Lv 8 synchros fairly easily.

This is going to be pretty hard to achieve due to the 30$ limit. But I might give it a shot.
