First Appearence of Punisher

I bought the first appearance of Punisher (Amazing Spider-Man 125 or 7 i think) for 50 bucks in Gem Mint. I looked on the price guides and they all say around 400 and 500. did I get a reaaaaaaaaly good deal? and I got the first appearance of Wolverine (Wolverine miniseries 1) for 50 bucks and now the price guides say it's like 400 bucks or so (by the way it's in gem mint). did I get a good deal on that too? And a funny stroy I went to the closing of the comic store and found bugs bunny 4 color #51 for 100 bucks hidden way far in the back. I looked quickly at the price guide at that time it said 250 some bucks in mint-. I took it up to the guy at the main counter and he looked at it, "35 bucks please." he said. now I look and it's worth like 600 to 700 dollars.

the first appearance of wolverine, isnt the comic u bought, cuz it was the incredible hulk 180. plus there is probably a reason why those comics were so cheap.

well..... I kinda bought em' a long time ago. LONG time ago. LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago. (shouldn't say long with 12 Os I guess, it was only like 1997). No I've looked at them thourougly and they're not reprints or anything. It's awesome.

the more u look at them, the less they r worth, plus. they r only worth what someone will pay u for them. if someone will only offer u 50 bucks, then thats all its worth.

Haha, it's funny to see how atrocious my grammar was in some of these old threads. I just looked again and I noticed that the Wolverine #1 is a UK version yet they charged me for a US version. I will never go into that store again...
