A few team duelling rullings

1. Does Red dragon archfiend look at both players feild or just yours

2. same with Gorz

3. Test tiger: If i rebrn my team mates Test tiger cvan i send it the grave and me or him return one of his GB back to his deck for him to get a new one

4. Syncros: Do I have to cotrol the tuner or can i use my team mates tuner and my non tuner to syncro summons

5. Can I send my Team mates Stardust Dragon for Assult Mode Active to summon Stardust Dragon/AM from my deck


I am asking because in a Team duel I was in tonight all of these came up and on all of them at less 1 or more people say Yes to all of them

it all depejnds really - some people like to play their tag duels with diferent rules - for example, some people play shared fields, and in this case, yes to all of the above. if you play split fields, only take into account your standings for gorz, and the player you are attacking for red dragon archfiends effect. as for the other question, in this instance they wouldnt work in a split field game as you do not control the tuner or the test tiger to be able to apply its ability or to initiate a synchro summon. it is preobably best to get someone like masterwoo0 to look at this, he knows everything

we were playing by the offical team duelling rules set up by konami/ude

1) Red dragon Archfiend looks at cards that you and your opponent control. Your opponent doesn't control thier teammate's monsters and you dont control your teammate's monsters.

2)Gorz's effect looks at cards 'you' control.

3)Monster Reborn's errata'd text states "Special Summon 1 monster from either player's Graveyard to your side of the field." So you may special summon your teammates test tiger with it.

You must return a gladiator Beast monster that 'you' control with Test Tiger's effect.

Test Tiger can only special summon a Gladiator Beast from 'your' deck.

4)With your teammates permission you may use thier monsters or tuners for a synchro summon.

5)Yes. All that is required of assault Mode activate is that the monster is tributed.
