has anyone thought of a UW synergy artifact deck, like Open the Vaults, with oblivion rings, some "loot" draw spells filigree angels, sphinx of the steel wind, and platinum angel. i'm sure there are other things but throw in some fabricates and you could tutor up a platinum angel, or maybe play black and use an executioners capsule along with fabricate for a searchable destroy spell, just a few ideas im sure there's more

Well theres a lot of stacking stuff(ponder, Vess, Sage Owl, etc), and a lot of reveal top of deck stuff(Djinn, Polymorph, etc), I'm sure theres a lot of stuff you can come up with that uses this nice interaction. And don't forget all the kinship stuff from lorwyn while it's still around, and a slew of stuff from ALA like skill borrower if you want to get fancy.(I'm sure theres some card out there with an ability youd like on a 3cc creature.)

Synergy, cards that fits well played togheter but doesnt give you the game for sure

I think that's too restrictive a definition of "combo". I define combo as an unexpected interaction of cards that tend to explore the subtle nuances of magic rules and strategy. In other words, if it's possible for an opponent to see the cards and not realize what they can do without thinking outside the box.

Combos don't necessarily give you the game, but the difference between a combo and synergy is pretty subjective, nevertheless. I would say, synergy works in a much broader sense than a combo -- like, Bituminous Blast into Ball Lightning works, but so would Bituminous Blast into any red haster, and there's no shortage of red hasters, and they wouldn't even have to be hasters. Master of Etherium works with Thopter Foundry by maintaining its size while making the thopters bigger, but that's just pumping tokens -- it isn't card specific.

As far as what I would call a combo, how about
Undead Slayer + Amoeboid Changeling ?
It's not a game winner. It's probably not even practical. But it will let you exile a creature every turn.
