True, it doesn't hit players, but tell the truth, that is not the reason to run Hurricane. Hurricane was to take down flyers, and this is a HUGE Limited card.

Not hitting players really hurts this card.

Hurricane hitting players was really what made it such a great card. Windstorm will be pretty good in limited, but definitely not constructed playable like hurricane was.

Hurricane > Windstorm

Hurricane was the closest thing green had to a burn spell...and now we get this.

Still, good in limited, and obviously SB material in green decks
