Play with the top card of your library revealed.
As long as the top card of your library is black, Vampire Nocturnus and other Vampire creatures you control get +2/+1 and have flying.

Scroll down about halfway until you see a vampire.
This card is probably my favorite card spoiled so far. It reminds me of Wilt-Leaf Liege, one because its four mana, two because it gives all vampires a mega ramp up, and 3 its all around decent. I also like this card because they are trying something new. revealing a card from the deck, if its black (representing night time of course) all of your vampires get a mega power boost (including himself). Think of a mono-black deck with a vampire theme. Cool right? But some people think that there won't be enough vampires to support this deck. On Magic 2010's key selling points, it states that M10 will contain more favorites like Elves, Dragons, and Vampires. So I am seeing mono-black vampires being a deck to think about in the near future.
