yes i have 3 pre-ordered i'm hoping for a trident dragon or 2 along with elfen and blackwing armed wing.

It may be, if your looking to collect lots of cards. I, however, am waiting for the prices of the singles to be released before I decide whether to buy 2-3 boxes or buy the individual cards I need.

If your looking to build a specific deck like Blackwings or Morphtronics, then buy the individual cards. If your collecting the cards because you think they are all valuable in one way or another, then buy a box or two.

As to the price, 60 bucks isnt bad for 24 (i think) packs. Most packs cost 3-4 dollars. At best, if you bought them individually, it would cost 72 dollars. So, if you decide on a box, then yes the price is ok (dont forget shipping if you get them online).

ok thanks for the input, yeah there's no shipping involve since Im going to pick it up locally so thats a +, but yeah Im mainly getting the booster box because I want some of the secret rares (hopefully I pull some ;D)

In most cases, If you buy a booster box, you will pull at least one Secret and One Ultimate, so you could get one of the Money cards like Light End Dragon (easily a 50 dollar card) or Ultimate/Ghost Power Tool Dragon (people will pay 30ish for it now). Either way, If your going for secrets, a box is definitely the best way to go (in terms of price).

I've got two standard, and one special edition box reserved. I'm hopeing for Blackwing materials and Light End Dragon. So in short, it is a worthwhile investment in my honest opinion.

I don't know if I should do Boosters for Blizzard and maybe a Light End Dragon or if I should just buy individually. Need 2 Blizzards at least, so it'll be pretty easy to pull 2 in 5 packs right?

Splitting a box 3 ways with a couple of friends.

I need bw stuff, the other two need k' meiru and earth bound immortals. Any money cards will just be split amonst us. Pretty good imo. Hopefully the place I'm going to doesn't sell out too quickly.


Anyone know a place a online that is selling and does free/cheap overnight shipping? Need the box on weds.

I think I will just stick to the singles I need since I want a sure thing that I get all the Blackwing stuff I am missing. Although, from the current market prices, all my remaining BW stuff costs as much as 3 boxes...But with boxes, it is a gamble whether I get all my missing BW stuff or If I have to trade and Trade until I finally get everything.

Either way, I think I will go with the sure thing and grab just the singles (I also don't want 200 new commons sitting in a trunk of another 1000 old commons...)

it is a worthwhile buy. Be careful though. You CAN have scaled boxes if you are buying from eBay.

ok I'm from europe and as some of you know the RGBT will only come out in like june...a relative is comeing and will bring like 1 box....will it be worth it???
I acctually only want the morphs LOL....I'll get all of the wanted morphs I hope...

and I'll sell/trade the rest of cards since they'll be overvalued since they aren't out here...

In my opinion it could be a great investment since most people will want most of the cards in the set since BWs are popular and alot of the BWs people are looking for are common and it would be nice to see you get the light end dragon or immortal. I pulled my Light end Dragon from a Sneak peak it sucked because i couldn't use it(and ppl wanted it bad and i almost traded it for a d-prison) since i didnt get support from it but I loved the art so i kept it. But Ya its Worth it but if you willing to wait get the special edition for the allures.

what ill usually do is buy a box of the newest set to come out, that way i can get into the set quicker and start to build thigns up. if i get what i want, awesome, but if not, at least ive got trade bait for others now and i can just buy/trade for what i need.

so, id suggest buying at least 1 box, just to get things rolling.
