Allure Queen Deck?

I want to make a deck either based around Allure Queens or using Allure Queens as a support.

I've read around that many people dislike Allure Queens because they're difficult to summon, but I just want to make a casual deck to play at local tournaments and with friends.

Also note I am on a pretty tight budget, so I can't afford cards like Dark Bribe and Solemn Judgment.
