Need help & Information!! - Random Deck.

Hello, I've recently looked at my old deck / cards, and remembered my good old days, only had the chance too play a tournamen once, wich went rly rly good, and i'm planning too recreate a rly rly good deck, and participate again.
since it's been so long, i have actually forgotten everything. I'm not rly up-to-date :) What i would like, if people posting some really serious good cards that are being used in tournaments, i will post my current deck, wich probably s@xx right now. I would like too see a few lists with rly rly good Effect monsters / Spell & Trap cards wich are still legal and not banned, cards may be limited.

This deck is all over the place but i'll do my best:

-Call of the haunted banned
- ring of destruction banned
-trap hole (just not good)
-Rush recklessly
- Nobleman of Crossout dead draw
- Axe of Despair dead draw

That's about it and one more question, what is the main theme of this deck, monsters are all over the place.

I'm thinking too make a deck around exodia, but i dont know any good cards that can support these things and how the mechanics work the best with this sorta deck, but also, i'd like a list of as many good cards as possible so i can try too make a mix-up off alot of good things that fitt and look after some options.

just remember those cards are only banned for advanced tournaments. most local tounaments are not advanced structured, those tournamments are only for basically duelist leagues and world championships, i would create a deck for both traditional and advanced tournaments. just don't break up a decent deck or not build a decent deck because of banned cards for a tournament that you will rarely ever play in.
