In this post I'll be posting the fantasy cards from my fanfic Duel Monster: The New Era (check my sig). And I'll start of with a preview card for my next chapter:

1 "Half-Life" Tuner + 4 non-Tuner Monsters
For each Monster card that was special summoned and used to Synchro Summon this card on the same turn, halve your Life Points.This card cannot be destroyed by your opponents card effects.If you halve your life points for each card on the field you can destroy any number of cards on the field. You cannot declare an attack the turn this effect is activated.

During each of your standby phases, half your life points or destroy this card. You take no damage to your life points from an opponent's monster or card effect.

Seems you got the idea for Half-Life cards, though it's got 3 mistakes.
