the first ability is a little weak and could be 'creatures you control have haste until end of turn'
the seconds ability is just another boooooring card-on-a-stick. and way too good in this case.
the third ability is a better Rathi Furnace. just like the second ability it's not original at all, but certainly a good finisher effect.

and heck no, not "(Warrior Adept)". Leave it Jeska or provide a "last name".

and the first ability sucks.
