Has anybody heard the great news? A new Fulmetal Alchemist anime is gonna premiere in Japan April 2009!!! It'll be a remake more heavily based on the original manga. Here's a trailer: YAY!!!! click here (http://www.animekon.com/trailer-2268-Fullmetal-Alchemist-2-trailer.html)

Remake? I thought it was gonna be a continuation of the anime. But a remake would be much better if it follows the manga.

That's why they're remaking it. To follow the manga. It's similar to how Hellsing was remade to follow the manga more closely(Hellsing: Ultimate)

I realize that. But from what I knew about it before, I was lead to believe that it would pick up where the anime left off. But this is certainly better.

Maybe we will get a two after the new one, following the manga.
