I was wondering can jinzo be destroyed by trap hole or torrential tribute when first summoned:confused:

NOPE! There are exactly two traps that can be used when Jinzo is Tribute Summoned -- Solemn Judgment and Horn of Heaven. This is because only these two traps negate the Summon itself, and once the Summon completes, Jinzo's effect is instantly active, making it impossible to activate Traps.

Keep this in mind.

Continuos Effect of monsters card are "immediately" applied once they hit the field. These Continuos Effect are never placed on a chain, that's why you can't chain to one. This is why you cannot activate Trap Hole in response to the summon of Jinzo, the effect is applied and prevent you from doing so in the first place.

yeah, because as sson as jinzo is summoned his effect is activated, where as if he was negated the summoning by solem, then he was never on the field to begin w/.

Solemn Judgment.
Horn of Heaven.
Those are the only traps that can destroy Jinzo.
The others that respond to his summon cannot activate.

Have "Skill Drain" activated before JINZO is set or summoned to the field.... would that work? I did it on my best friend. He said it did bc that card negates the effect of all monsters.
I got "AMPLIFIER" the equip for JINZO)!

Yes. With Skill Drain going, if Jinzo gets Summoned, its effect is negated. Remember, though, that Skill Drain has to have already resolved before the Summon happens.

I think skill drain has to already be activated to work on jinzo . and if you dont have horn of heaven or solemn judgement then jinzo rains supreme
