[+1]: Put a ice counter on up to two target non-planeswalker permement, those permements becomes snow.
[-2]: Remove target snow permement from the game.
[-6]: You gain 2 life for each snow permement you control. Each oppenent lose 2 life for each snow permement that player controls.

Nicely done. I love the tension this creates; although I think the -2 ability is absurdly powerful.

You know, I did, but I for some reason thought the first two abilities were reversed..
"+1: something becomes snow
-2: destroy 2 snow permanents.."

I have to agree. I never played much while snow was in, but this guy would be crazy. Even still, the first ability definitly makes him interesting.
