Mikhal, Chaos Sorceror :3::u::r:

[+1]: Reveal the top card of your library. If it is an instant or sorcery, put it in your hand. If not, put it on the bottom of your library.

[-2]: Mikhal, Chaos Sorceror deals 2 damage, divided as you choose, amongst any number of target creatures and/or players. Draw a card.

[-6]: Return all permanents your opponents control to their owners hands. Mikhal, Chaos Sorceror deals 1 damage to each opponent for each permanent they returned this way.

#as a note, in making this guy I had to make a few decisions. Start him at 3 loyalty so they can only counter once, or start at 4 to make the final ability more feasible. In the end I decided to trim the final ability down to 6 instead of 7 to compensate. Let me know what you think, or if any ability is overdone, period.

i think the loyalty counter ratio is spot on. I don't particularly like the second ability personally, but that's just a personal lack of preference. There's nothing wrong with said ability really. The final ability... it should be all permanents opponents' control because it's otherwise too conditional for a 'win' effect. There are too many times when an opponent has none or only a few creatures in play.

I like the comment about his final ability, but wouldn't that make it immensely more powerful than Ajani, Vengeant's final ability? (Just a note as to why I made it only creatures. ) Could also be non-land permanents I suppose. Any other ideas for the second ability? I was originally thinking something similar to Crackleburr or Electrolyze. [-2]: Return target creature/permanent to it's owner's hand. Mikhal, Chaos Sorceror deals 2 damage to that creature's controller. Or perhaps, [-2]: Mikhal, Chaos Sorceror deals 2 damage to target player. Draw a card. (That ability would be more powerful than Jace's, but Mikhal does have a higher mana cost).

Thoughts?

I agree with guyarney, the Ultimate ability could just be "return all permanents", considering that the ability isn't going to go off until turn 8 under optimal conditions (which, when does that happen?).
As for the second ability, it should just [try to] kill a creature; Electrolyze (http://magic.tcgplayer.com/db/magic_single_card.asp?cn=Electrolyze) would be alright IMO. A -2 ability is classically the "keep me alive" ability on a Planeswalker.. it either eliminates a threat, gives you a blocker (or blockers), or sets up a situation where you can maybe draw an answer.

much better. there is something slightly not right with the second ability, but i can't put my finger on it atm cuz im too buzzed
