Hi, everyone.

I've finally find a way to make my old WUB Fish more competitive in actual Vintage metagame in my area.

Here it is:

3 Sage of Epityr
3 Voidmage Prodigy
4 Meddling Mage
4 Ninja of the Deep Hour
4 Dark Confidant
2 Kataki, War's Wage

Spells (20)
4 Force of Will
4 Chalice of the Void
3 Swords to Plowshares!
4 Aether Vial
2 Stifle
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Black Lotus

Lands (20)
4 Wasteland
4 Tundra
2 Underground Sea
4 Flooded Strand
1 Strip Mine
3 Mishra's Factory
1 Island
1 Plains

Sideboard (15)
3 Aven Mindcensor
4 True Believer
2 Disenchant
2 Stifle
1 Swords to Plowshares!
1 Kataki, War's Wage
2 Tormod's Crypt

Single Card Analysis

Sage of Epityr First turn drop, it allows you to set the top of the deck in order to avoid you to die for Dark Confidant. Easily castable, via Vial too. It can be returned in hand via Ninjitsu and can be turned in a Counterspell via Voidmage Prodigy.

Voidmage Prodigy Easily castable via Vial. Can turn almost everyone into a Counterspell: Sage of Epityr, himself, Meddling Mage, Dark Confidant (before Bob kills you) and Aven Mindcensor.

Meddling Mage Easily castable via Vial, blocks everything you suppose to be dangerous, food for Prodigy, replayable via Ninjitsu.

Ninja of the Deep Hour Card gaining factor, lets you replay Sage, Meddling and remove Dark Confidant if he become a problem.

Dark Confidant Our beloved Bob! Card gaining factor, food for Prodigy, easily castable via Vial.

Kataki, War's Wage The nemesis for TPS, Pitch Long, any artifact-based combo, Moxes and so on. Side in another one against Painter and Affinity.

Force of Will I think that's nothing to say.

Chalice of the Void Early drop (0 counters) against Moxes, castable with 1 or 2 counters against virtually everything.

Swords to Plowshares! The nemesis of Oath, Darksteel Colossus and Phyrexian Dreadnought. 3 main grant a good matchup at first. Side in another one for a win for sure the games after.

Aether Vial Cast virtually everyone. The first you play will stops at 2 counters. An eventual second one can cast a surprising Mindcensor.

Stifle It's a Fish, so there's Stifle. Side in the other two against TPS, Pitch Long, any storm combo and Painter.

Ancestral Recall, Mox Sapphire, Black Lotus I don't think that's nothing to say.

Wasteland, Strip Mine Against Maze of Ith, Tolarian Academy, Academy Ruins, tapped Wastelands, Man Lands.

Tundra, Underground Sea, Flooded Strand, Mishra's Factory I think that's nothing to say.

Aven Mindcensor Against Maralen and tutor-based combos. Food for Prodigy.

True Believer Against Tendrils, Grindstone and Brain Freeze. Easily castable via Vial.

Disenchant Against any artifact and enchantment-based combo.

Tormod's Crypt Against Manaless Ichorid, Gift Ungiven, Worldgorger Dragon, incoming Unearth crestures and other flashback-like effect.

Thoughts?

There's not a win condition: when you have the complete control of each of your opponent's resourches, every creature I you play becomes a finisher.
