I was thinking of adding Tar Pitcher to my Goblin deck but I'm not quite sure if it's a good idea.

if you can afford siege gang commander, he is way better.

Depends. Goblin Assault could make it strong, but Goblin Assault in a gobli deck is playing with fire...

Do you mean afford as in money or as in a mana curve way? Because I bought 2 Siege-Gang Commanders already, I could get 2 more if that'll help.

Well it depends what kind of Goblin deck you are playing.
Sacing Mudbutton torchrunner would be fun tho , and dragon fodder would bring you something to sac.

If you're going the "Sacrifice my Goblins" route, I would suggest simply running 4x Siege-Gang. It's a solid outlet for popping off damage with exploding goblins.

Also, consider Boggart Shenanigans, an extra damage for each goblin that dies. That turns every goblin shot with a Siege-Gang into an Incinerate. Pretty sweet.

DON'T RUN GOBLIN ASSAULT IN A GOBLIN DECK (it's a bad idea, trust me)
