Too hard to get to work, imo. After all, Sarkhan Vol has a "you win the game" ability, and it taks only 3 or 4 turns to charge.

Doubling Season doesn't work on PW's. Adding counters is a cost, not an effect.

Interesting twelve-word PW, though.

If you control a Doubling Season and then play this, it will come into play with 26 Loyalty counters, enabling you to win the game immediately.

Yeah, so reduce the starting counters to 12.
