That's my fantasy about chaos. It can die already. I have been slaughtered by it SO many times, it's not funny. I have never had the luck of pulling a really good chaos and to add insult to injury, no one will trade them until hell freezes over.

Lots of these decks aren't that original. But they are still very good.

...and it shouldn't be banned until it's proven that no other format is successful. But, in the last couple of months, people have won big tournaments with ben kai decks, mill decks, etc - it's the duelist, not the cards, that ultimately determines the winner!

i used to have a chaos deck but i switched over to a rock burn stradegy. the chaos decks are really good but i have more fun with the one i have now. How i love megarockdragon.

thats the thing. the chaos deck takes very little skill to run. thats why so many people run them. because it has little to no skill involved.

Somebody tell me why the mill is worth 2234 dollars when the most expensive card is only 110 dollars and the next one down is like 10 dollars, if you do the math, the most that deck can cost is 500 dollars, where are they getting the 2200 dollars from.

Chaos is cool and alright, but I just don't like it. I guess it's because mostly everyone runs one so I'm used to facing at least two at every tournament i am in. It's not original anymore. I don't run one and I never will. i would rather run a water deck or zombie deck than chaos.

In the list of the decks to beat, the one that caught my attention was the last one. That one looks cool and I like it.

i sent TCGPlayer all the decks I thought they should put up, and put them all up they did.

Joses a friend of mine and the deck works pretty well, I thought it deserved a spot on decks to beat.

Does it exist? Is it a sidedeck staple? What can I side against it? Is it a placeholder for an unknown card? Am I an idiot for asking this?

"?" is a card that was unknown at the time of entry. We put a "?" in there so that people know that there's a card missing.

If I answered inpolitely I apoligize, I do that often when im having a bad day. If you ever see a ? on TCGPlayer or metagame, it means the card was illegable on the decklist. Jason Grabher-Meyer must not have been able to make out the card, hence a ? goes in its place.

Alright, I have to say that Chaos is on it's last, bleeding stump of a leg, and my Ben Kei OTK has stomped more Chaos face in than I can count now. The only thing I actually worry about now is Warrior Toolbox -.-

im so sick of trying to see whats winning shonen jumps or nationals and all im seeing is chaos chaos chaos. Im not saying its bad, its just the most overplayed deck ever for christ sake

I have a question, although it may sound a bit silly, "Why does 'Splash Chaos Return' use a fusion deck?" I can't see how he can actually summon any of those monsters. Doesn't he need polymerization or Fusion Gate? He doesn't even have fusion-material monsters or Metamorphosis! Two of the three fusion monsters require a fusion summon as their means of being special summoned. All this is confusing me. I have not been into Yu-Gi-Oh! for quite a while. But rules haven't changed dramatically, have they?

Chaos will always top 8 at least 6 seats, and nothing will stop that unless OTK's kill it.

derka- i agree. Chaos will always take 75% of the top 8 slots. In this metagame ,you play Chaos Return or play Anti Chaos...only the Brave and the Bold (Vincent Tundo) try and win with something else...

Spy gives you advantage in that deck. Most people run Avarice in there GK decks too. The reason why I think the deck loses advantage quickly is because Nevrovalley is such an easy Mobius target and Assailant and Spear Solidger can both be run over easily in a 3 Cyber Dragon filled metagame.

Right, advantage is hard to gain, and Cyber Dragons messes you up with Gk's.

At our regional the best gk went 3-4

Ok, now I'd like to explain something to ya: If you have at least 5 lights/ darks, not using chaos sorcerer is just dumb, I mean if you can do something good, and don't it's stupidity.

mmhmm. 5 lights and darks a piece should warrant at least 1 Chaos Sorcerer. If you dont feel you have enough to run 2 Avarice is always an option
