For sake of proper templating, this should read:

You may play an additional land each turn.
When you play a land, you may pay 1 life. If you do, search your library for a land card, reveal that card and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.

The second ability should be phrased this way simply to make the payment of life the option... not the entire ability. Otherwise, it's just extra wording that is kind of irrelevant (afterall, why would you pay 1 life if you weren't going to do this?). Plus, the card needs to go somewhere (to your hand) and you should reveal it to verify the propriety of the card tutored for (since it needs to match a specific characteristic).

Otherwise, this is basically Exploration with the ability to tutor for any kind of land. That might be a little bit powerful... but with {G}{G}{G} in the cost, it's not exactly a splashable card for any deck.

This would get out of hand with Lifegift. Without Lifegift, it's still a pretty powerful card along with something like Meloku.

hmm, for flavor's sake..make it search for forests...

Nice combo with Lifegift...but, do we really want a Fastbond reprint? Maybe we do, maybe we don't, i can't decide for the others
