Agree with Stupidleo - this is insanely broken. This played in response to any spell just removes that spell from the game. Often, thisn't much worse than Timestop, and would see insane quantities of annoying play at this mana cost.

This way, it's countermagic for :1::u: plus a bonus.

It needs at least a drawback (something like "play this only on your turn" or "play this only in response to a red spell" and so on).

I find it still better than Counterspell as getting :u::u: is not that different from :w::u: with all multicolor lands we can find in any format (it's splashable in non-blue-based decks too).

If Counterspell was the standard i would have put it at :1::u::u:, but the good old Counterspell is no longer the base.

Maybe it could be :w::u::u: by current standards and without Split second.
