Fool's Gambit :1::u:
Instant
An opponent names a card. Reveal the top three cards of your library. Remove each card with that name from the game, and put the rest into your hand.
When you need an answer, ask a fool. Where others will tell you with uncertainty what is right, a fool will tell you with certainty what is wrong.

It might be the next FoF in a way. Good card.

This one will be most often be 2 to 3 cards for 2 mana, though it can't be used to topdeck what you need most.

Nice idea, though i'd consider making it a sorcery (but don't know).

I thought about making this a sorcery at first. I am an old blue player, and I miss the days of instant card draw! I always try to find some way to make balanced instant card draw.

I think WotC would probably do this at :2::u: for instant speed, but I'd like to test it at 2 mana? I made it 2 mana because there are two strikes against you. There's a chance that you only draw 1 card (and a small chance of not drawing any), and you will never get the card you want the most (assuming you have a smart opponent). I like cards that test your opponent's skill level, like Fact or Fiction.

I think it would be fair at three. The odds of an opponent actully hitting a nonland card with this is prttey slim, so you're bound to snag at least two cards. And considering this is an instant, three seems to be the most reasonable of costs.

But that just makes it a good card rather than a great card.
