Weaking Gap :3: :b: :b:
Enchantment
whenever a creature attacks you, put a sickness counter on each creature. A player may pay :2: to prevent target creature he/she controls from getting a sickness counter until end of combat. Each creature gets -1-1 for each sickness counter on it.

Weaking Gap :3: :b: :b:
Enchantment
Whenever a creature your opponent controls attacks put a -1-1 counter on that creature unless its controller pays :1: for each creature attacking.
Very very underpowered, and slightly out of color. Consider Ghostly Prison and Night of Soul's betrayal in comparison.
Black doesn't give its opponents options.
Much simpler is:
Siege Fatigue - 1WB
Enchantment
Creatures attacking you get -1/-1.
It'd be pretty similar to a couple of my older prison cards then, though.

No true. Rhystic effects had been given to all colors in Mercadian Masques Block... Nakaya Shade , Rhystic Tutor , Soul Strings ...

we don't normally use -1/-1 counters anymore... how about something like this
Whenever a creature attacks you, its controller may pay :2:. If they do not, put a death counter on that creature.
Creatures get -1/-1 for each death counter on them.

sure death counters would work but why not sickness and these names just do the same thing as puting a normal -1-1 counter on but its really up yo you

Hmm... you have two types of counters being used in the card - Death and Sickness. I think you have made an error somewhere in there...
