Manaless of Course!
Any criticism honestly communicated and thought out is APPRECIATED~<!>~
// Deck file for Magic Workstation
//NAME: Istiskorid

// Lands
4 Bazaar of Baghdad [fundamental]
1 Dryad Arbor [used for an extra creature as fuel for dread return + its a forest and can make mana]

// Creatures
2 Flame-Kin Zealot [1 is all that I've found I need because winning is much easier with him it's still really easy to dredge out your deck with kelpie (I even mill myself sometimes)]
3 Golgari Thug [3 is all I need of this slightly mediocre critter]
4 Stinkweed Imp [fundamental]
4 Golgari Grave-Troll [fundamental]
4 Narcomoeba [fundamental]
4 Ichorid [fundamental (IT's IN THE NAME FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!)]
1 River Kelpie [This card is just leagues better than sage w/ 2 lives making it immune to removal + lots of draws this guy is also really annoying because you can get caught up in dredging so much that you forget not to mill yourself]
3 Nether Shadow [Controversial, but on turn 3/4 post SB this guy really shines because you can return him through lots of hate (I like to think of him as Ichorid 5-6)]

// Spells
3 Dread Return [fundamental (although some lists don't include it those lists are plain out dumb to deny themselves such broken powah!)]
4 Bridge from Below [fundamental]
4 Leyline of the Void [protects bridge while also keeping faster will/mirror/other 'yard related decks out of the game]
4 Chalice of the Void [only good in the games where you believe that a 0 casted card will kill you]
4 Serum Powder [fundamental]
2 Land Grant [This card is like a fetchland with the following differences:
-Not a land drop (meaning you can use this t1 after a bazaar)
-you have to show your hand
-if you have 2 bazaars it's too bad for you
-+1 health compared to fetches
-more budget friendly
-sorcery speed
-bait for counterspells
4 Unmask [why not therapy? you may wonder... these are the reasons:
-while you may not get to sac a creature AND destroy an opponents hand, you do not have to go to a huge length to get where you want (aka no land base problems)
-you see your opponents hand
-does not require 2 activations (or a good guess) to be any good
1 Lion's Eye Diamond [discard your hand for 0 (take this card out and the deck is legacy legal! only problem is that this card is one of the reasons why this deck shines so much in vintage)]
3 Reverent Silence [best anti-leyline card out there]
1 Ancient Grudge [easy one card investment to clear out some random pithing needles/crypts]

// Sideboard
SB: 2 Land Grant [see above]
SB: 1 Reverent Silence [see above]
SB: 1 Taiga [red in order to hardcast ancient grudges]
SB: 4 Contagion[best way to kill the creature hate that may arise]
SB: 2 Simplify[Can kill stuff w/o directly targeting it... but I'm thinking hard about switching it for emerald charm so that I can use bazaar more often effectively psuedo timewalking me...]
SB: 2 Oxidize [strictly the best artifact removal for strictly the hardest to remove artifact hate]
SB: 1 Duplicant [SB in if they have Akroma/other random pesky creature]
SB: 2 Ancient Grudge [see above]

EDIT1:
Just noticed that you can actually run 4 LEDs in Legacy... just wanted to throw that out there
EDIT2:
COMMENTS?!
EDIT3: A couple changes... BTW I have played the Oath matchup even with the pre-Brainstorm restriction versions, and Leyline just blows them out of the water... + I can just dread return another time if they hit my first one with a FOW!
