I have very little strategy besides just blocking attacks, building LP, and outlasting folks, regularly staying between 20k and 40k LP. Besides those funny flying rats (you know the ones) all my monsters are Light-attribute. I don't really have anything to destroy spells or traps, so burn decks absolutely ruin me. I probably also have way too many cards. Some of my duels just come down to who decks out first though, so it's saved me a couple times.

I just barely win more than I lose, so don't expect any greatness here, lol.

Monsters: 31

3x Guardian Angel Joan
3x Soul of Purity and Light

3x Winged Kuriboh
3x The Unhappy Maiden

1x Magical Cylinder
3x Negate Attack
3x Threatening Roar
3x Draining Shield

60 total. Go ahead and start laughing. I'm well aware it's a monstrosity, lol.
Any suggestions besides throwing them all away and starting anew?

I suggest that you buy a Lord of the Storm Structure Deck, it has Heavy Storm, Mystical Space Typhoon, Dust Tornado, Reckless Greed, Lightning Vortex, and a few other good monsters which will solve your Spell/Trap removal and monster removal. For your deck, how about the following changes?

-3 Reflect Bounder
-3 Nimble's
-3 The unhappy maiden
-3 Winged Kuriboh
-1 Kaiser Sea Horse
-1 Copy Cat
+1 D.D. Warrior Lady
+1 Asura Priest

-1 Fissure
-3 Poison of the Old man
-1 Change of heart (Banned)
+1 Lightning Vortex
+1 Mystical Space Typhoon
+1 Heavy Storm
+2 Enemy Controller
+1 Brain Control
+1 Smashing Ground (better then fissure)

-3 Draining Shield
-3 Negate Attack
-3 Solemn Wishes
+1 Dust Tornado

That puts you down to 42, which is a very common deck size now a days, some people still think 42 is a lot, but I think its perfect. You dont need all those Life point gainers, cause you have nothing to capitalize on that fact. If you got some "The Agent of Judgment - Saturn" along with some "The Sanctuary in the Sky", that will just cut through your opponent. Right now, since your theme looks like a light based beatdown sorta, I think this will be more effective for you since you dont have a lot of the cards which will make things hurt for your opponent. I hope this helps, Im not a pro deck maker, but I hope my suggestion here will help you a little bit
