Is this a true story? If it is, I know exactly the way it is to move to a new school and have to meet new friends. During my 6th grade year I found out I was moving from Orlando Florida to a small town called Nampa. It was located in Idaho. That was one of the worst points of my life. The next year in 7th grade I start watching Yu-Gi-Oh! out of sheer depression. During PE I find 2 kids in the lockerroom playing a Great White. I instantly recognize it from the recently premiered Yugi vs. Mako episode.

I take instant delight in my new found love. I go to Walmart and I see the Yugi and Kaiba decks... I buy both. I am now here today gone from an 83 card deck to a 40 card, tournament winning deck. Hey, Dark Magician decks can be stronger than they look.

Except against pure beatdown. But that's where spirit reaper comes in... :)

I can identify with the story as well...

I was picked on veraciously in elementary school,
they hit and teased me for the way I dressed and so on
little did they know during grade 8 I turned into a crazy sadistic (fill in a word) guy who liked black, crosses and scaring them, through the bullying though pain doesn't bother me or it may even give me a nice rush, lets just say I'm the guy they no longer tease

almost everyone who knows me doesn't know I play yugioh, or doesn't think its me when they hear a kid with my name or description playing it
its really quite funny and ironic haha!

You bet it's a true story!

I was never picked on very much, but my life was headed nowhere but down, Lol, it was either drugs or Yugioh. I picked the smart path, the fun path. It's great to find something you like, especially when others share that love. It's a great way to make friends, lol, I have to many to count...

Yugioh gave me more confidence in myself, and it just gets better, I am still changing, but the change never would have began without it.
