Good job, can think of no card out of place. I think it will work well.

For those who don't know the purpose of exchange of the spirit OTK: you try to get as many cards into your graveyard as possible so you can activate exchange of the spirit. It switches everyone's deck with their graveyard. If done quickly your opponent will have little to no cards in their graveyard, making them loose the game as their deck runs out of cards.
