rate and improve my fiend skill drain deck

I just made this deck. It's about draining the bad effects of my fiend monsters. Please rate it and give tips. Thanks in advance.

There are better ways to abuse Skill Drain and better ways to play fiends. PoA and Necrofear don't synergise and UWS isn't great. Why is Vortex at 3 when you have no Raigeki or Dark Hole?

you're right about pot of avarice not co-operating with Dark Necrofear. And yes 3 Vortex isn't good either, but I already took 1 out for Final Attack Orders. UWS is good to finish the job since there are no real high-ATK monsters in this deck. At least no monsters with 3000+. That's doesn't have to be a problem, but it might become a problem. I don't play Raigeki because I haven't purchased this deck yet, I wanted some comments first to improve the deck. I don't have a lot of money and Raigeki is more expensive than Vortex. And in what way can I play fiends better if its a fiend skill drain deck? In what way is Skill Drain better to abuse in this deck. Please explain yourself :)
