Ouch. Cut this down, shape it up, add DMoC, Jinzo, Zerato and maybe DaD, and this could be competitive.

Getting rid of the normal monsters and off-theme /completely random and useless cards would be a start.

hey im not the best deulist ever but adding the following cards should help alot for your dark deck and why

add these !! i tried to find the cheapest cards but still usefull

dark magicion of chaos - great card to have,easy to summon and great effect
jinzo - great dark monster / negates trap cards
summoned skull- 2500 attack 1 tribute
sangan- add a monster to your hand
witch of the black forest- add a monster to your hand
dark blade- failry cheap card with decent attack
spirit reaper- great stall card to bring out your bigger combos
nigh assailent- destroy your oponents monster/ its like a dark man eater bug
mystic tomato - bring out dark monsters easy combos
don zaloog - great effect can discard your opponents best monsters easy
d d - crow - can remove one of your opponents monster easy
breaker the magical warrior- destroy magic/ trap

allure of darkness- basic dark deck card
pot if greed- easy 2 cards draw with no side effect
premature burial- bring back a monster fro a 800 lp fee
heavy storm- destroy spell and traps for a attack that wont backfire
giant trunade- same thing as heavy storm
lightning vortex- cheap version of raigeki
snatch steal- change of heart idea
mystical space typhoon- destroy spell trap
confiscation- look at your oponents hand and deicard 1 of there cards
meteor of destruction- 1000 lp damage

trap hole- take out your oponents monster normal summom
black horn of heaven- with multiple ways of secial summoning this is niceee
magical cyllinder- fun card to use
magic jammer- negate activation of magic card
seven tools of the bandit- negate activation of trao card
negate attack- negate attack lol
call of the haunted- special summon a monster

These card should help your deck and are not very pricey except for DMOC,ALLURE,JINZO the rest should be a breeze way to get and fun collecting...

keep in mind the following
chaos emperor dragon envoy of the end- great theme the chaos deck
demise the armoggedon knight- great theme dark deck
dark armed dragon powerfull but too expensive
darklord zerato- great card but gonna have to back it up with alota combos

If these cards are a little too much of a hassle to obtain
try buying a structure deck and work your way from there
1 ) the dark emperor
2 ) zombie maddness

these i reccomend
they include a lot of great cards. 10 dollars a deck. Lots of combos. and an all around great theme deck.
