*Trying to get: Reflect Bounder, Jinzo and another Caius (monsters) and Harpies Feather Duster--Should I bother getting those (harpies yes obviously, but the other three....)*

Also Im on a tight budget at the moment, if I wasn't I would have mirror force obviously and some other cards like Dark Magician of Chaos. When you recommend cards I should put in, if they're kinda expensive ones like mirror force or solemn, could you list a card that could be used as a substitute, thanks!

This deck seems a little all over the place. Go with those changes, and cut the random Apprentice Magician. Take out most of the traps - your lineup should look like this:
1 Torrential Tribute
1 Mirror Force
1 Ring of Destruction
1 Call of the Haunted
1 Imperial Order.
